Virtual Jewish Library

We have a concept that we hope will materialize. We call it our Kona Beth Shalom Virtual Jewish Library. We would like members of our congregation to list their Jewish resource books in this section of our web-site. Each member's list, containing the title, author and type of book, would be headed by the member's name and e-mail address.

 

Should another member of our congregation accessing this section of our web-site like to borrow a book listed, he or she would e-mail the book's owner and request that the owner bring the book to the next Shaloha Shabbos service. 

 

The e-mail and its response by the owner would constitute a record of the borrowed book and a final thank you and acknowledgement would record its return. Borrowed books would be flagged on the book lists featured here.
